２０年まで、建材に新基準 経済産業省が検討している建築分野の省エネ強化策が２５日、明らかになった。断熱材などの建築材料に新たな省エネ性能目標を導入。
住宅や建築物全体の基準も強化し、２０２０年までにすべての新築物件で適合させるよう関連事業者に義務付ける。
今後の原発縮小に備えて、家庭やオフィスビルの節電効果を高めることが狙い。
総合資源エネルギー調査会（経産相の諮問機関）の部会で２７日に大枠をまとめ、今通常国会へ提出する省エネ法改正案に一部を盛り込み、取り組みを具体化させる。
建材の基準は「トップランナー制度」と呼ばれ、５年程度先の高い性能目標を定めて達成を求める方法とする。
